Pre - IPO Investment
Pre-Initial Public Offering (pre-IPO) is a way of investing prior to a company's admission to trading. Often most of the big growth has been taken by the founders, Venture Capitalists and Institutions before a company is admitted to trading on the market.
St. Paul's Equities offer investors the opportunity to invest in small growth companies prior to being quoted on a recognised exchange or market such as AIM or PLUS.
When purchasing shares in quoted companies there is usually a restriction in the number of shares that can be purchased, this can be coupled with dealing costs and onerous share spreads between the buy and sell price. None of these costs/restrictions are present when purchasing equity on a pre-IPO basis. For those investors wishing to read a comparison of Large Cap Stocks Vs Small Cap Stocks click here.
St.
Paul's Equities offer various pre-IPO opportunities,
but most do have a strictly limited number of shares
available. Shares are therefore being offered to investors
on a first come - first served basis. Read our current
offers here. |
