Roger Sheppard - Director & CEO

Roger has worked as an Independent Financial Advisor for the last eight years specialising in identifying investment opportunities for private clients. With a vast network of financial and professional contacts, and offering advice to the SME business sector, Roger is constantly networking to add ongoing value to his clients and their portfolios. Due to the nature of Roger's experience he is fully conversant with the Financial Services Authority guidelines for running a compliant business.

Stuart Kinner - Director & COO

Spending the last eight years focused and operating in the small cap and unquoted market, Stuart has an array of experience in identifying young, innovative companies with high-growth opportunities. As one of the founding members of an AIM-listed EIS Fund specialist and Fund Manager, Stuart handled back office activities there for two years. Prior to that Stuart was also one of the founding team at a small-cap Stock Broker and Fund Manager where he also ran back office operations. Stuart is a member of the Securities & Investments Institute.

Joanne Donabie - Office Manager

Joanne holds the role of Office Manager, handling the day-to-day overseeing and operations of this busy office.

David Reed - Dealing Room Manager

David heads up the broking team and brought with him a wealth of experience in the stockbroking arena. Having headed up dealing room operations at a previous broking house, David has ample experience for this leading role.
